Our partnership with AMI began with a proposal to upgrade our mill drives and control system . From the beginning, AMI personnel always had one goal in mind. This was to ensure that the customer was getting what they needed. We had our companies that were concerned about what could not be done. AMI response was always "of course it can be done, how would you like it?"

AMI is staffed with the hardest working, knowledgeable staff I have encountered in my 12 years in the electrical maintenance field. They never gave up when faced with challenges and found more efficient ways of completing the project. We were on a very tight schedule, which was manned and completed within the timeline we were given. Long hours on our part and AMI's part made this project successful.

AMI has been available in time of need. They have identified OEM equipment that was being recalled and replaced this equipment before the OEM notified us. They are truly concerned about their ability to provide excellent service and support and it is evident in the support they have given us.
