Just a quick note to tell you how things have gone with the regulation project. We have now installed and commissioned the Digit Arc System.

Just like to say that Efrain is a fine representative of your company, I did subject him to a bit of pressure prior and during the early part of his arrival but to his credit he delivered everything that was asked of him.

He interacted well with our people, conducted himself in a professional manner and we would welcome him back for any future visits.

We are now in the period of bedding the new system in, all looks good for the performance guarantee, but it is early days yet we want to have a look for the full to month period.

Thanks again for the cooperation, technical skill and service in making the Digit Arc project a success.
